Led by qualified and experienced Nordic Walking instructors, we coach and guide walkers of all abilities and ages on trails across Saltburn, Redcar, Guisborough and the North York Moors. We only walk in small groups with one instructor to a maximum of 8 walkers to ensure you receive the very best support.

Ranging from 20 minutes to an hour, these sessions are designed for those struggling to walk, looking to improve walking ability, building confidence or recovering from injury, such as a hip or knee operation.
These sessions are an hour long and combine walking with fun exercises for upper and lower body. They are open to most abilities and you work at your own level. They are designed to improve your fitness so you can progress to faster or longer walks.
These walks are between 6 and 12 miles and we walk further afield in the moors or the coast.
Where possible we include a pub/café stop. These walks are generally on a Saturday and alternative Tuesdays.
Lasting around 90 minutes and designed for people who like to walk and take it easy when going up and down hills. A gentle paced walk, but still achieving your steps and walking on different terrains.
Like to walk at a fast pace? This is the session for you. A brisk 3 – 4 mile an hour pace. Sessions are 90 minutes long at varied locations each week.
Either complete a long distance path, for example Esk Valley Way, Lyke Wake Walk etc... or challenge yourself in completing a set number of miles in a day. These walks are usually all day.
A great progression from our Talkers and Walkers class, these sessions are 90 minutes and usually cover 3 - 4.5 miles. The walks vary every week across beaches, moors or woodlands.
These are 90 minute adventure walks either during the day or on a summer evening where we enjoy a walk and then stop at a pub for drink or food. These are very social walks and open to most abilities.
These sessions are an hour long, combining Nordic Walking with some fun exercises, specifically for people who have Parkinson’s.
